Go Gab can use your prior Gong transcripts to seed experiences.

What authorization scopes are required?​

Go Gab will need the following call scopes:

  • api:calls:read:transcript - For reading the transcripts of calls.
  • api:calls:read:extensive - For getting extra information in the call like who were the company vs customer representatives.
  • api:calls:read:basic - For getting basic call information.

How do I authorize Go Gab to read Gong transcripts?​

The imports are initiated through [https://www.gogab.me/import/gong] .

Go Gab does not store Gong authorization information in its servers. Changing tabs, closing the browser window or tab, or logging out will cause a loss of authorization. If you navigate away and return to the import screen you may have to re-authenticate.

How does Go Gab use my transcripts?​

The transcripts are used to seed experiences. The import still requires a human-in-the-loop to evaluate if the quality of the resulting workshop.

Are my transcripts use to train or fine-tune models?​

No. Transcripts are used to populate prompt-engineering templates and are not abstracted into ML models.
